Futuro Spatial is a registry and marketplace for authenticated Rights to Build—artist-issued rights that allow an artwork to be physically realized now or in the future under its recorded conditions.
A right—not a finished object.
An RTB purchase does not include a fabricated artwork. It does not include materials, engineering, fabrication, finishing, transport, insurance, permits, installation, maintenance, artist oversight, or project management.
Those services and costs are arranged separately if and when the RTB owner decides to realize the work. Futuro Spatial records the right and its governing information; it does not assume responsibility for production.

Purchase an artist-issued RTB and receive its authenticated registry record. The transaction transfers the realization right, not a fabricated sculpture.
Hold or transfer
Keep the RTB as a collectible right, place it in a collection, or transfer it through the marketplace while its provenance remains recorded.
Realize
When ready, arrange and pay for the professional services required to build the artwork in conformity with its sealed RTBPack.
